Piazza Grande has always been the commercial heart of Modena. In the past, negotiations ended with handshakes and each vendor had his own marble column under the colonnades. In the midst of all these columns, there is one that has always stood out from the rest, because it is the only column that has windows; it is called 'la Bocia' in Modenese dialect because of its spherical dome, which resembles a ball. Its first approach to the Modenese real estate market dates back to 1982, and today Studio Mardari intends to carry on this tradition, by carrying on its history.
